SAN FRANCISCO, May 9, 2011 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- RPX Corporation (Nasdaq:RPXC) today announced that it has closed its initial public offering of 9,695,000 shares of its common stock at $19 per share, which included the sale of 1,264,565 shares issued upon the underwriters' exercise of the over-allotment option. RPX sold 9,065,000 shares and selling stockholders sold the remaining 630,000 shares in the offering.
Goldman, Sachs & Co. and Barclays Capital acted as joint book-running managers for the offering, and Allen & Company LLC, Baird and Cowen and Company served as co-managers.
